Hi there, I am a post-80s working as an engineer but loves sports. I have been able to influence my peers into sports in my past few jobs and its really fulfilling to see every one of them leaning up and attaining better fitness. I would like to use this blog to share my experience in sports (typically in triathlon). Hoping that this blog could help everyone who has the will to train up the fitness and attain a healthy life.
大家好, 我是一位80後, 是一位工程師. 在我10多年的工作, 我一直可以令到我身邊的朋友接觸到運動. 可以令到大家由無運動的一群, 進展到定期運動, 繼而看見大家的身型達至理想水平. 這樣的感覺很令人鼓舞. 所以我希望可以透過我分享我的運動經歷 (三項鐵人為主), 可以引起更多人對運動的熱愛, 從而幫助大家的"體適能", 達至身體健康.
